My name is Hao Dong (Donnie), a licensed Chinese lawyer. I am experienced in trademark prosecution, copyright management, commercial IP, internet law, mining law and civil litigation in China.

Previously, I have been an assistant professor (lecturer) at Law Faculty of Yunnan University (2003-2005), a research fellow at the Center for IP Research at China University of Political Science and Law (2004), and a fellow at Harvard Berkman Center for Internet & Society (2009-2011). I got my PhD from China University of Political Science and Law.
As a lawyer, I was called to practise by China Ministry of Justice in 2001. Since 2005, I worked for a Chinese firm. In 2010, I joined an international firm's IP group, based in Hong Kong.
