略论商业网站“马后炮式”转载声明的非法性
一些网站为了让自己的转载显得有道理，往往弄一个转载声明……很显然这种行为不具有合法性。著作权法及司法解释中的“法定许可”，除了尊重著作人身权外，还要满足三个条件……明明这是一个可以办到的事，在很多论述中，却被堂而皇之被冠以“海量许可”一类的大词……赚钱没错，但赚钱必须要付出成本……一个力图引领改革的政府，在这个时候才需要显示其作用……
为庆祝男人节而放的屁
最近两天，看到“男人节”的活动宣传。细看，原来是一家叫“明爱”的家庭服务团体，把4月10日定为“男人节”，以“提高社會大眾關注男性議題和需要”，并“促進兩性對話，推動男性醒覺”（http://family.caritas.org.hk/article/application.doc）。我不属于文化人，所以也不容易有机会到文化人的圈子中说话，只能在自己的Blog上放几下屁。今天，为了这个活动，放若干有关两性关系的出屁，权当是吃多了豆子不消化——希望闻到的人有所收获。
对“《艾滋病防治条例》“闯红灯”再论”的回复

请问中央对官德的建设有什么样的举措，切切实实的举措？
黄志坚：最切实的举措，锦涛总书记提出这个“八荣八耻”之后中央专门制定了一个干部培训的纲要，就把“八荣八耻”列为干部培训的重要内容，中组部已经提出来以后我们考核干部要把“八荣八耻”列为一个重要的考核指标，我们要任用、选拔干部“八荣八耻”作为一个重要的指标，这些都会在领导干部中间产生振动，也有人讲这个东西讲，能起多少作用。我认为讲比不讲还是强，而且现在中央，决心还是比较大的，从胡锦涛主席讲了“八荣八耻”以后现在中央的各个部门，都行动起来了。所以可以预见，我们的官德也可能从此会逐渐的有好转……”
说实话，其实也没什么地方说的不对的，只是习惯说官话了。算是很实在的一位。hoho。。。

DMX— Digital Media Exchange (DMX) is a legal alternative model for distributing content that compensates creators and owners of copyrights, while delivering the benefits that illegal file-sharers have come to expect, such as unlimited downloads, streaming, and copying of files without technical protections or DRM (digital rights management).
DMX is an online P2P service, operated by Harvard University's Berkman Center for Internet and Society, as a non-profit cooperative of content subscribers and suppliers. DMX provides content and license aggregation, marketing, and distribution, as well as usage accounting and royalty distribution. DMX also provides searching, recommendation, playlist exchange, information, blogs, discussion groups, and access to merchandise services.

I don’t agree with Cola’s argue at this topic.
This is not the problem of being "hegemonic" or not. I am sure no one here will decrease the endeavor of improving the development of CCChina because of "interest".
This is not the problem of whether will we "disseminate" the CC China mainland. Of course we will. I have done it for about two years and have never sought for any "interests". I believe most of persons here are same even the name is something like ZHI SHI GONG XIANG. I believe the founder of this group don’t wish here turns to an ads. program that broadcasting good news only, like C*TV. I suppose all members here are at least understand what is CC, so we come here just for discussing, commenting and contributing – if you need any help.
