刚才看见CC中国的邮件列表上一段话，一个不忍心就说了一堆话。

对Cola，似乎是人民大学的项目成员的回复……

I don’t agree with Cola’s argue at this topic.

This is not the problem of being "hegemonic" or not. I am sure no one here will decrease the endeavor of improving the development of CCChina because of "interest".

This is not the problem of whether will we "disseminate" the CC China mainland. Of course we will. I have done it for about two years and have never sought for any "interests". I believe most of persons here are same even the name is something like ZHI SHI GONG XIANG. I believe the founder of this group don’t wish here turns to an ads. program that broadcasting good news only, like C*TV. I suppose all members here are at least understand what is CC, so we come here just for discussing, commenting and contributing – if you need any help.

Creative Commons 中国大陆2.5版出来了

这个东西现在被翻译成：
“知识共享协议简体中文版2.5”

…My God…怎么能这么翻译呢……这很明显是不合适的。“创作共用协议”中国大陆版2.5，连最不应该有疑问的题目都有了问题，那条款内容看来也值得先检查一下了……

找了半天，看见Google 上他们获得的Group。争论的人很多，但是似乎都属于不能决定事的……似乎Issac Mao不在这个组里了？

怎么用这样一个不贴切的名字呢？弄得我都不敢叫它创作共用了

另外莱斯格也来了，倒不是追星，只是想听听有什么地方可以选题……唉……

摘要：

在对三个不同少数民族村寨进行田野调查的基础上，本文首先分析了目前少数民族农村妇女外流的原因，然后采用个案比较的方式解说了妇女外流的特点和遇到的问题。文章认为，在看待妇女外流现象时，应该引入“社会性别与发展”的现代女权主义视角，把保障少数民族妇女的安全作为一个系统工程来进行考量，根据不同少数民族社区各自的社会性别观念作出有针对性的政策导向和制度设计。

A Positive Research On Women’s Going-out In Minority Countryside

[Abstract] Based on field survey in three different minority villages, the paper firstly analyzed the reason of Women’s Going-out in minority countryside. Then, by the method of case contrast, the paper listed and narrated the characters and problems in the phenomena of Women’s Going-out. In the conclusion, the paper introduced GAD (Gender And Development) theory, and argues that if the government wants to lead Women’s Going-out into a well order, it should review the specific gender notions in different minority regions. At the same time, to ensure the security of out-going women, we should hold the ideology of systematic engineering based on the GAD theory.

　　最热门的法律博客（BLawg）是什么？是Blawg
Review（部分地区可能看不到，点这里看其中的一期），与其说这是一个博客，不如说是一个众人拾柴的大厦。fyfz.cn的《法律博客周刊》是一个类似的一个东西。可是，由于语言的间隔（特别是汉字还分好多种编码），在英语世界里，很少有人知道中国法律博客的情况。用google搜索Chinese
blawg或者China
Blawg得到的有效信息非常少。于是我们想到：如果我们能建立一个英文的China
BLawg
Review，使中国法律博客和世界接轨，那一定会在传播中国的“地方性知识”的同时，对所有中国和国外的法律人交流法律信息提供巨大帮助——这一定是一个好主意，就看怎么实施。
